This notice explains how StrategySphere handles website enquiries and optional analytics. It should be reviewed whenever the website’s suppliers or processing practices change.
Who is responsible
StrategySphere GmbH, Flüh, Solothurn, Switzerland operates this website. Privacy questions can be raised through the enquiry form.
Information submitted
The enquiry form is designed to receive a name, company, work email, optional phone number, enquiry type, optional related practice, message, consent choice and technical anti-abuse information. Do not include sensitive personal or confidential information unless it is necessary and an appropriate channel has been agreed.
Purpose and delivery
Submitted details are used to understand and respond to the enquiry. Where email delivery is configured, the website sends the enquiry to StrategySphere and a confirmation to the sender through the configured delivery provider. In local preview mode, delivery may be simulated without sending an email.
Abuse protection
The MVP applies a short-lived, in-memory rate limit. If Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, the form also sends a verification token and connection information to Cloudflare for anti-abuse checks.
Retention and rights
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as needed to handle the request and follow-up. You may ask about your personal information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for optional analytics by contacting StrategySphere through the enquiry form. The applicable legal basis and any statutory retention requirements should be confirmed for the production deployment.
